Description
Our electromagnetic flowmeter is engineered with a proven “bidirectional” technique. Adhering to Faraday’s law of magnetic induction, this flowmeter induces voltage in a moving conductor within a magnetic field. In this electromagnetic measuring principle, the flowing medium acts as the moving conductor.
Voltage induced, proportional to flow velocity, is transmitted to the amplifier via two measuring electrodes. Flow volume is accurately calculated using the pipe’s cross-sectional area. The flowmeter generates a DC magnetic field via switched direct current with alternating polarity.
For seamless integration, the magnetic flowmeter can be connected to a datalogger for continuous 24/7 logging and real-time measurement.
